Billy’s professional journey began in 1997 at JD Edwards, where his exceptional sales talent and strategic relationship-building quickly elevated him from a newcomer to Vice President and General Manager within just four years. He played a pivotal role in securing major clients like Grupo Modelo, Coca-Cola, and Telcel—achievements that caught the attention of Accenture. As a partner at Accenture for a decade, Billy specialized in outsourcing and business development, driving major transformation projects for industry leaders and spearheading the creation of new business lines in Latin America.

In 2013, Billy founded Opera Consulting, establishing it as a global SAP business partner and further cementing his reputation for delivering enterprise technology solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to the United States, where he acquired CMIT Solutions of LA in 2018 and expanded its offerings to include advanced cybersecurity services. Billy is also the creator of the “Highly Effective Executive” program, a methodology for executive performance that has been taught in Mexico, Brazil, and the U.S., reflecting his passion for mentoring and leadership development.

Billy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac México and a Master of Science from National University in La Jolla, California, along with advanced studies in business performance management and strategic planning.

He enjoys golfing, running, biking, yoga, and is an avid Ferrari enthusiast, having founded and served as president of the Ferrari Owners Club in Mexico.
